CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION(APRIL 1, 2010 – MARCH 31, 2011) To be a member of the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital Corporation, a person must be:(a) resident of, employed in or carry on a business in the catchment area of the Town of Arnprior, or the Township of McNab/Braeside, or the Ward of Pakenham in the Town of Mississippi Mills, or Ward 5 West Carleton in the City of Ottawa; and (b) register with the corporation annually.
To be eligible to vote as a corporate member
at a corporation meeting, membership must be approved by resolution of
the Board at least 30 days prior to the date of the meeting. The next
corporation meeting will take place Wednesday, June 23, 2010;
