Once a month, the Diner's Club
gather to enjoy an evening of special food and entertainment. Volunteers
help staff to serve a restaurant style dinner - complete with
tablecloths and decorate touches - based on a theme.
Birthday parties are also a regular celebration at our nursing home.
Each month, volunteers help to decorate the auditorium, gather up
residents, serve cake and beverages and generally add to the party
atmosphere with their good cheer. Volunteers are tireless when helping
out with special events at our nursing home. From the Christmas Tea to
garden parties, they are willing to help prepare for the events, clean
up afterwards, and of course, see that all our residents have a great
time!
